State Policeman Testifies I Did Not Have The Murder Weapon
The State Police testified in court under oath in l977 that I did not have the right wire, the murder weapon. I did not have the right heat number. Yet, with the scientific prove and that statement by the state police officer, judges have continually for thirty years never acknowledged as proven by the transcripts that I did not have the murder weapon wire.
“Another Strong Vincent Student Murdered”
Not long after my arrest in September of 1976, the Erie Times-News (Erie Pa.), featured a major article, headlines blazing across the whole front page: “Another Strong Vincent Student Murdered.” Although I was already in prison I was questioned about it anyway, (You could have escaped killed her and snuck back into prison was the allegation). After assurance by the prison authorities I was never out of jail, they stopped questioning me concerning this murder. A drug dealer was charged and convicted in that killing. Possibly he could have killed the victim I was wrongly convicted of killing.
